OUR FIELD TRIPS

Our field trips provide a unique opportunity for kids to harvest or pick fresh in-season ingredients that we use to prepare a healthy and delicious meal, which we sit down to enjoy together.

Harvest-Prepare-Share

This field trip is designed as an in-school or early after school program that will include a shared meal. All participants will harvest ingredients and assist in preparing the menu to be served and shared.

 

At the end of the field trip, participants will leave with recipe cards and our tips on healthy eating. At the request of the group, additional and/or specific educational topics related to farming and healthy eating could be presented.

Availability is limited to Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10AM to 4PM and Saturdays from 11AM to 2PM.

​

Ages 3 to 13. Groups of up to 25 participants accommodated.
